Folly and Wickedness of Men

Psalm 14

1 The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds;

There is no one who does good.

2 The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men

To see if there are any who understand, Who seek after God.

3 They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one.

4 Do all the workers of wickedness not know, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call upon the Lord?

5 There they are in great dread,

For God is with the righteous generation.

6 You would put to shame the counsel of the afflicted, But the Lord is his refuge.

7 Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion!

When the Lord restores His captive people, Jacob will rejoice, Israel will be glad.

The Lord a Refuge and Defense

Psalm 11

1 In the Lord I take refuge;

How can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain;

2 For, behold, the wicked bend the bow, They make ready their arrow upon the string To shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.

3 If the foundations are destroyed,

What can the righteous do?”

4 The Lord is in His holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven;

His eyes behold, His eyelids test the sons of men.

5 The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, And the one who loves violence His soul hates.

6 Upon the wicked He will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and burning wind will be the portion of their cup.

7 For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness;

The upright will behold His face.

May putting/reading more verses bless you more has it has been for me! 😄 In Yeshua’s holy name, I pray. Amen.

Along with my daily reading of the Bible, Psalm 3 and Psalm 4 have been added daily too.

Since I have begun this additional daily regiment, my chronic pain has decreased, I am no longer thinking such negative, depressing thoughts (I wm chipper again) AND!

My prayers seem to die or fall into a void, in certain places (like Seattle (& Tacoma (for those who have kept up! 😁)…

Now?! I have had things on my to do list I wanted to check out, etc (like United healthcare (combines Medicare & Medicaid) (& get this!…<drumroll please> it pays $2 thou on dental! I have been praying hard on a way to get my root canal & crown paid for! & ! 😁) When I walked into the day shelter, who had a table in the corner? United Healthcare!)

A without doubt Elohim did this! 😘

Thank You Love! 😍)

I knew an increase was/is needed!

How and where, I did not know.

I remember blogging, What More Do I Need to Do?!

Me entirely frustrated, at the end of my rope!

When the Lord answers?

😭🤩

<tears>

Joyful tears

The ones that spill

When someone has done something so wonderful! 😁

So amazing, so loving…so thoughtful…

<sigh>😙 (A Waiting to Exhale Moment, one you didn’t even know you had!)

<tears>

When Elohim answers prayers in your heart, you didn’t even know you had?

😭🤩😘

Tis why I love You like I do! 😁

I scream it from mountain tops!

I never felt love like this before! 😁

And I am ever so grateful to experience You like this before I get married…

Before I experience such from a human…😊

(I was reminded often of dude with the Lions? 😄 How his prayers was not answered for like 6 months?

DANIEL! 😁

Because the Angel sent by Elohim was delayed by the demon of the area? To the point where Michael, the Archangel, needed to be involved?

Well, I have often wondered, what would have helped the Angel?…

I believe the addition of Psalm 3 &4…

Helped…! 😁 Hallelujah!

May the same happen for you! In Yeshua’s holy name, amen! 😁🙋🏾‍♀️

Prayer for Help in Trouble

Psalm 13

1 How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me?

2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, Having sorrow in my heart all the day?

How long will my enemy be exalted over me?

3 Consider and answer me, O Lord my God; Enlighten my eyes, or I will sleep the sleep of death,

4 And my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,” And my adversaries will rejoice when I am shaken.

5 But I have trusted in Your lovingkindness;

My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.

6 I will sing to the Lord,

Because He has dealt bountifully with me.

Evening Prayer of Trust in God

Psalm 4

For the choir director; on stringed instruments. A Psalm of David.

1 Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness!

You have relieved me in my distress;
Be gracious to me and hear my prayer.

2 O sons of men, how long will my honor become a reproach?
How long will you love what is worthless and aim at deception? Selah.

3 But know that the Lord has set apart the godly man for Himself;
The Lord hears when I call to Him.

4 Tremble, and do not sin; Meditate in your heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.

5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness,
And trust in the Lord.

6 Many are saying, “Who will show us any good?” Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, O Lord!

7 You have put gladness in my heart,
More than when their grain and new wine abound.

8 In peace I will both lie down and sleep, For You alone, O Lord, make me to dwell in safety.

(Night time prayers! Now I lay me down to sleep…)
